The ERC is currently hiring a Development and Community Engagement Coordinator.
The Development and Community Engagement Coordinator, working closely with the Executive Director, will work in all aspects of development – managing, building, and expanding fundraising efforts through overseeing the ERC’s donor database. This position will also assist with marketing efforts, volunteer coordination, and when needed, may facilitate youth and community programs.

The Development and Community Engagement Coordinator will begin as a part-time position (24 hours/week), and for the right candidate, can become a fulltime exempt position. This position is supervised by the Executive Director; however, community engagement work may be overseen by the Program Director.
