There's lots of news about local recycling these days, and it can be really hard to keep it all straight. Basically it comes down to two methods: some items are picked up curbside, and some items have to be dropped off somewhere else. Please remember also, that some of these categories involve repurposing instead of recycling (like glass), but we are using the word “recycling” here to cover everything.  ERC staff made a couple of handy charts for you that summarize what gets dropped off where, and when. There are also links at each column head to take you to even more information, and links at each row to tell you about each drop off point, and where to find it.
